Mastering Yourself First

by Evans Zekias Kurangwa

A Guide to Self-Mastery, Leadership & Purpose. A guide to self-mastery, leadership and purpose from a man who learned leadership on the street before he taught it in the boardroom. The argument is in the title: before you lead a team, an institution or a country, you lead yourself.

Quiet Launch

by Oscar Manduku-Habeenzu

Leveraging Stealth to Succeed with Product and Business Growth. Many African businesses fail because they make too much noise, and the wrong noise, in a playground where their competitors are king. Quiet Launch makes the case for stealth: build the product, win the customer and the investor quietly, then arrive. With case studies from the US, Europe, China and Africa.

Physical Bookshelves

Find a Bookshelf near you

Lawyers, accountants, stationery shops and bookshops already have shelves. We rent one, stock it with our authors' books and send readers to the door. Every physical Bookshelf is mirrored here, so you can see which titles sit on which shelf before you go.

A stationery shop with a Bookshelf unit: a customer reaches for a book while the shopkeeper serves at the counter.
Already marketed

Already in twelve magazines

Bookshelf is the name of the books and literature section in all twelve Cabanga Africa Group magazine editions. Every author on this shelf is written about there, and Bookshelf adverts run in the ad spaces of every edition. You write the book. The network already has the readers.

A city newsstand: readers pick up the magazines with their Bookshelf pages, under a billboard advertising the books.

Delivery

Delivered across five countries

South Africa, Zimbabwe, Botswana, Namibia and Zambia. Books travel by the cross-border channels everyone in the region already uses. The delivery fee is the buyer's and sits outside the book price.

1Order and receive your e-invoice

Add books to your basket and request an e-invoice. It states the book price, and the delivery is quoted on its own line.

2Choose how it travels

Collect from a Bookshelf, use a local courier, or send it by cross-border coach or parcel runner - the channels you already trust.

3Receive and read

Your parcel travels with its reference. Digital books skip the road altogether and open with your code.

A border post: a cross-border coach waits at the boom gate while a parcel of books is handed over for the journey.
Readers' requests

Can't find it? Ask for it.

Tell us the title, the author or just the subject. We find the book, or we find the author who should write it.

A field of unlit light bulbs with a single one glowing - the one book you are looking for.
